My dear General Marshall:

I expect to be at the White House on September 5 in attendance at the Roosevelt Memorial Committee meeting. I should like to bring personally to your attention, certain matters connected with the adjustment of our Air Force Training Program at Tuskegee Institute in the Post War. Only a brief conference will be necessary.

These matters relate importantly to the service which Tuskegee Institute has tried to render during the war effort and to the kind of adjustment which, I think, will be most satisfactory to all concerned in the program of peace time adjustment.

With cordial greetings,

Sincerely yours,

F. D. Patterson
