Near the town of Nuits Sst. Georges in France’s wine producing area of Burgundy, two farmers carefully tend the stalks that will bear during the summer the grapes for one of France’s finest wines. The vines are sprayed several times during the season with a copper fulphate solution that destroys mildw on the leaves.
