A huge Allis-Chalmers bulldozer, imported from the States with Marshall Plan aid, employed on the Ottmarsheim construction site in Alsace. Ottmarsheim comprises a 10 mile canal, a huge set of double locks as big as those of the Panama Canal, and a giant power station with four 53,000 HP turbines.
