Gen. John J. Jumper, USAF (Ret.), received the Goodpaster Award in December 2015 at a luncheon in Washington. Gen. Jumper was the 17th U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff. He was honored for his distinguished career in the U.S. Air Force as well for his many contributions to U.S defense.
