U.S. Army Chief of Staff Gen. Mark A. Milley received the Goodpaster Award in December 2017 at a luncheon in Washington. General Milley was honored for his distinguished career in the U.S. Army, his many contributions to U.S defense and his leadership of the U.S. Army at the highest level.
