You must surrender or die. You understand the situation. You must now act accordingly. Everyone must decide for himself. come in small groups -not over 5- without weaposn. belt or helmet. Raise your arms, wave this leaflet or handhkerchief. There is no time to be lost! The decision is urgent! Reverse: Treatment of P/W’s 1. Decent treatment is guaranteed to you under the Geneva Convention. you are treated as a soldier. 2. Good food — the same which we. as the best-fed army in the world, receive. 3. Hospital care is first rate and up-to-date– Identical with that which owr own men receive. 4. Opportunity to write. You can write 4 letters and 4 postcards per month to your folks. 5. Pay. Aside from the 80c per day for work you preform you receive the usual $3 per month 6. education. a number of educational and technical courses are held in every P/W camp. 7. After the war– return home as soon as possible.
