The sword is carried to President Franklin Roosevelt, who is seated nearby. The Big Three leaders and their advisors pose for photographers on the veranda of the Russian Embassy. Among those standing behind Stalin, Roosevelt, and Churchill are General George C. Marshall, Admiral Ernest J. King, General Henry H. Arnold, Averell Harriman, Harry Hopkins, Marshal K. Y. Vorishilov, General Sir Hastings Ismay, and Sir Archibald Clark Kerr.
