Description
A research support fee of $25/hour will be charged for any reference inquiries that require more than one hour of research support to complete. The research support fee is in addition to any reproduction or usage fees involved in completing a request. The research library staff will make every effort to answer reference inquiries within one hour and will advise patrons in the event that their request may take more than one hour to complete.
